Instead of just sending me links to homes that fit the criteria I was looking for, she personally went and videotaped each home (probably upwards of 60) and gave me her honest assessment of the property, and surrounding area. She was extremely honest and open about issues she encountered which was so important being so far away. She would notice and point out small details that not many people would on a normal walkthrough or bother to point out because it was not a huge deal at that moment.
